Our latest addition to our line of state of the art products is our remote assistance feature.* This feature is extremely attractive for IT support for commercial businesses we service. Although we do use it for residential jobs as well.

Regardless of firewall settings we can log in and share your desktop to either walk you through a problem or fix it. This saves you the customer from paying a service call fee. We charge only our hourly rates.

We issue you a ticket # and take you to our website where you click on a link. Since you are initiating the session your firewall allows us to have access to your pc. Once we disconnect we can no longer get to your pc without you allowing additional sessions.

Through remote we can provide the following services:

• remove spyware and virus’s,
• assist you in setting up email,
• install drivers,
• diagnose system problems.

Cost of live support session is $55.00 per hour with a $35 Min Fee to apply to jobs that take 30 minutes or less. Please have credit card ready to provide to technician providing live support.

We cannot correct failing hardware through live support and some major software issues will require you to bring the PC into the office or for a technician to make a onsite service call. If we cannot correct the problem through live support regardless of time you will only be billed the $35 Minimum charge. If you wish for us to provide hands on service our regular rates will apply.
