Cost of live support session is $75.00 per hour with a $50.00 Min Fee to apply to jobs that take 30 minutes or less. Please have credit card ready to provide to technician providing live support. We cannot correct failing hardware through live support and some major software issues will require you to bring the PC into the office or for a technician to make a onsite service call. .
